Queue management

Add, edit and remove tracks from the play queue.

This is a commonly requested feature. There’s a lot of different ways this could be done. I am inclined to make queue management behave in a similar fashion to Spotify.

Queue management will require the implementation of various other UI features first, such as context menus and popup/modal windows, and a drag-and-drop interface for reordering items.

This is planned, but I cannot provide an expected timeframe.
